"I was relieved to find they actually had..."
I was relieved to find they actually had the boards I needed in stock, especially after checking a few other places that didn’t. Ordering was quick and straightforward, and everything felt reliable from start to finish. I didn’t have to sit around waiting, which I really appreciated.

"Fast replies, but I had to ask too much"
I had a couple questions before ordering because some of the info wasn’t as clear as I wanted. Like, I really shouldn’t have had to ask basic stuff, and I did find myself going back and forth on the same things. That said, they got back to me way quicker than I expected and were actually really helpful. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking, even though I was kind of annoyed I had to ask in the first place. Overall the service was good, just wish things were explained better upfront. I’d still use them again.

I ordered from greenlumber.com after checking a few local prices, and I’m glad I did. The cost was better than what I was finding nearby, and the wood looked good for what I paid. Nothing fancy to complain about, just a solid purchase that felt worth it. Sometimes it’s nice when a simple order works out and reminds you that taking a little extra time to compare options can actually pay off. I’d use them again

"Pretty happy with my local pickup"
I ordered from Green Lumber and did local pickup, and overall I left in a good mood. The wood was ready when I got there, and the staff helped load it up, which made the whole thing feel easier. I did have to wait about 10 minutes because they were busy, so I was a tiny bit impatient for a minute, but it wasn’t a big deal. Smooth experience, and I’d use them again.

"Pretty decent overall"
I ordered a mixed batch and it was actually close to what I expected grade-wise. A few of the boards had more knots than I thought they would, but it wasn’t anything too bad. The sizes were right and everything was usable. Not perfect, but i’d actually order again

"Tracking info was basically useless"
I ordered from greenlumber.com and, oh my gosh, the tracking nearly drove me insane. It just sat there saying “processing” for what felt like an eternity, with absolutely nothing useful happening, and then out of nowhere it was suddenly marked out for delivery.
I did get my stuff in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I was constantly checking like a detective trying to solve a mystery. Customer service was slow too, which didn’t help. Not the worst experience ever, but the tracking seriously needs some love.

"Nice wood, frustrating delivery"
The wood itself is actually really good quality, and I was happy with it once it finally arrived. The downside was the shipping took way longer than expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me much, which was frustrating. I wanted to be excited about the order, but the wait kind of took away from the experience.

"Got it sorted, but the policy excuses were frustrating"
I ordered from Green Lumber and had a frustrating time getting straight answers. They did respond, but a lot of it felt vague, and a few times it seemed like they were hiding behind “policy” instead of just explaining what was going on. I ended up having to ask the same questions more than once, which got old fast. The order did eventually get worked out, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the communication made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Good Boards and a Smarter Use of Lumber"
I ordered a few boards and was happy with them overall. What stood out to me was that they seem to take reclaimed and sustainable lumber seriously, which just makes sense—why waste good wood if it can be used again? I had a good experience with Green Lumber, i don’t think they deserve any of the doubt people sometimes throw at online companies. The folks I dealt with were professional, easy to talk to, and didn’t make the process feel complicated.
They answered my questions clearly and didn’t rush me, which I really appreciated. I can be a little cautious when ordering this kind of stuff, so it was nice that they were patient instead of acting like I was asking too much.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service. Everything was handled politely and clearly, and based on my experience, I’d use them again without hesitation.

"Good boards for my shed project"
I ordered some boards from greenlumber for a small shed project, and honestly... they were better than I expected. Most of the wood was straight and cut nicely, especially compared to what I usually end up finding locally. There were a couple pieces with rough edges, and one had a small split, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t work around. So yeah — overall I’m happy with the quality and I’d order from them again...

I was ordering from greenlumber.com the other day the whole process was easy. I added what I needed to the cart, it updated without any glitches, and I liked that they didn’t force me to make an account right away just to keep going.
When I got to payment, everything went through fine and I didn’t run into any weird errors or freezes. I did pause for a minute near the end to double-check the shipping cost, but other than that, checkout was simple and painless.

"Not Perfect, But It Worked Out"
I ordered some lumber and, it arrived in decent shape. A few of the boards had little dents along the edges, which was annoying at first, but nothing I couldn’t work around for my project. The delivery driver was nice, and it did show up on the day they promised, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t a flawless delivery, but in the end I’m satisfied with how it turned out
